Courtney's Catering

Courtney and her team provided an exceptional catering experience for our wedding in April in Dripping Springs. Courtney was professional, highly responsive, and made the entire planning process seamless. We had ~115 guests, and for our menu, we chose a variety of passed and stationary appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet of short ribs, salmon, seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, and a crowd-favorite mac and cheese bar. The quality was top-notch. We received so many compliments from guests claiming it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. We cannot recommend Courtney’s catering enough!

Had an incredible experience with Courtney’s Catering! We worked with Mark and Brandy to cater for a large Reception for a Wedding! They worked tirelessly to make sure the guests were occupied with amazing Mac and Cheese appetizers, the main course, and provided exceptional hospitality throughout the evening with cake. Can’t recommend them enough for anyone in The Austin Area or nearby cities!

Courtney's Catering was the perfect choice for a wedding caterer! We choose to do their Italian Feast buffet which was amazing. The buffet included a salad, lasagna, chicken marsala, mashed potatoes, veggies, bread, linens for the service tables, acrylic plates and plasticware, water and tea station, and cups. It was really a one stop shop for all our food needs. They made the process very easy and were very communicative during our planning. Doing a tasting with them was also really helpful. We got so many compliments on the food! It was truly delicious. The staff that worked on our wedding was so nice and attentive and they bussed the tables all night long. They seemed so happy to be there with us and really made us feel taken care of. We also used Courtney's as our bartender while we provided the alcohol, they still provided napkins, cups, ice, and an ice chest. They made everything so so easy on us. They even helped us with renting all our linens and napkins and brought them too and from the venue for us. I loved working with Courtney's and I highly recommend them!

The most compliments from our wedding was in regards to the food! People were raving over Courtney's catering and I couldn't agree more. The food is 5 stars yet affordable. I was beyond impressed (so were my guests) with the quality of food for 260 guests. Their customer service was great and very responsive. Everyone was full and satisfied. We had the salmon with lobster sauce and chicken with garlic cream sauce and it was out of this world. No complaints here. Highly recommend Courtney's Catering to everyone.
